Week 39

It's been a crazy day but so much fun! This morning we went to Alohana with all the Sisters of course and then had our zone activity! We played volleyball, spikeball, and had a great idea to throw eggs at each other. It was so much fun and felt like summer again!!

This week we saw so many miracles. We knew it was most likely my last week in this area so we were working as hard as we could!! Our friend Ilyana came to church for the first time yesterday! After Relief Society, we followed up with her on any questions or thoughts she had. Ava Olsen (our member friend who just got home from her mission) joined us along with my bestie Becca who leaves for the MTC tomorrow! It was so fun being in a group of missionary girls and feeling the spirit with Ilyana!

On Saturday morning, Sister Dudley and I went to Laguna Beach to weekly plan at the members home we usually go to! We were enjoying our life when the APs called us and were like "did you get transfer news?" We were like "uhhh no why??" They proceeded to tell us we're white washing out!!! Probably nobody cares about this except us but I literally white washed into this area 4 transfers ago and am now white washing out. Sister Dudley is super sad because we were 99% she'd stay. All part of the plan I guess!!

These past 6 months have been incredible! I've been changed through the Atonement of Jesus Christ more than I would've thought possible. There have been lots of good moments and lots of challenging moments, but I've loved every second of it. I'll never forget the people I was able to meet here and how they changed my world!! I'm so grateful for Heavenly Father allowing me to cross paths with those I have.

My dad gave a talk on Sunday and talked about how Jesus Christ is the Great Architect. He envisions, designs, plans, and oversees perfectly. He said, "He has a unique and tailored plan for you and for me. When we recognize this; when we embrace that we are different; when we come to understand that we have a noble birthright, we can be Instruments in His hands. We can be a critical part of His divine designs to bring souls back to our Heavenly Father." I know I am just the instrument and I'm excited to continue letting Christ and Heavenly Father direct me moving foward!

Happy Valentine's day everyone!! Aubrey and her friend Lucy made us the cutest bouquet of flowers. I'm going to miss them and all of our friends so much. I love you all! Pray I stay on the coast
